Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

How booking works

When you submit a booking, your date is held while we confirm crew availability and send a written quote. No payment is required to hold your date — we collect payment after the move is complete.

Reschedules

• 7+ days before move: free reschedule, no fee
• 3–6 days before move: we'll work with you on a new date; a small rebooking fee may apply to cover crew/truck holds
• Inside 72 hours: reschedule subject to availability; a rebooking fee applies

Cancellations

You can cancel any booking before move day at no cost. Inside 72 hours we may bill a small last-minute cancellation fee to cover the crew and truck we'd already blocked off.

Cancellation by us

In the rare case we have to reschedule due to weather, mechanical failure, or crew availability, we'll get you on the next available date and offer a $50 credit toward your rescheduled move.
