Deposits

A small refundable deposit reserves your move date. Deposit amounts are tied to the scope of your job and quoted in writing along with your written estimate. See pricing →

Refund schedule

• 7+ days before move: 100% refund
• 3–6 days before move: 50% refund
• Inside 72 hours: non-refundable

Reschedules

Free reschedule with 7+ days notice. Inside 7 days, deposit is held and applied to the new move date if it falls within 60 days.

Cancellation by us

In the rare case we have to reschedule due to weather, mechanical failure, or crew availability, we refund 100% of the deposit and offer a $50 credit toward your rescheduled move.
