Items not on the inventory, items packed by the customer (PBO), perishable goods, cash, jewelry, and other valuables we explicitly recommend the customer transport themselves. Damage from improper customer-supplied packing is excluded; if you'd like our crew to repack, we'll quote it before move day.
We aim to resolve all claims within 30 days of receipt. Most are resolved within 10 business days.
